FAQ

All our candles are handmade with love and care, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made before being dispatched.

We are based in Perth, Western Australia and our orders are delivered via Australia Post. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched. The following time frames apply for most areas within Australia:
Standard Shipping up to 3-10 business days
Express Post up to 1-3 business days

Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive for rural areas and during holiday periods. All our Express Post orders will also receive details to track their order via Australia Post.

We charge a flat delivery rate of $10 for Standard Shipping and $15 for Express Post orders.
Please note we currently only ship within Australia.

We want to make sure you love your candles as much as we do. Each of our candles go through a stringent control process to make sure you receive the highest quality candle(s) prior to being dispatched.

We only offer exchanges if your candle is damaged or un-useable, if this is the case please email us a photo within 4 days at info@angelscocandles.com.au and we will get back to you immediately.

Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on candle designs/colours/scents once you have placed your order.

If your candle(s) arrive damaged during delivery, please email us within 4 business days at info@angelscocandles.com.au with a photo and we will get back to you. All candles must be un-burnt and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

Please email us at info@angelscocandles.com.au with a photo of your delivery and a short description so we can work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Always make sure when burning your candle(s), it is placed on a suitable sized solid dish to protect your furniture or chosen space as candles tend to drip.

When creating displays with multiple candles please make sure they are at least 10cm away from each other to get the best burning time results and avoid candles collapsing on each other.

It is important that you do not leave candle(s) burning unattended, including while sleeping. Prior to leaving any room with candle(s) burning ensure you safely extinguish them.

Each candle is handmade with a high quality natural soy wax blend and a soft cotton wick.

As all our candles are individually made by hand, colours may slightly vary and have minor differences making each candle special and unique.

We have taken great care to present our candles as accurately as possible, noting there may be slight variations to the candles shown in the pictures on our website.

Each candle goes through a stringent control process to make sure you receive the highest quality candle(s) prior to being dispatched.

If you have specific colour requirements, we recommend emailing us at info@angelscocandles.com.au to discuss how we might be able to accommodate your request.

If using our candles only for decorative purposes, we recommend they be displayed in a cool and dry area. Ensure to keep out of direct sunlight and wind (if outdoors) when displaying or burning your candle(s). This prevents sun damage to your candle(s) and the colour changing.

Each candle has a different burning time due to the size. For longer burning time we recommend purchasing one of our larger candles.
